Covenant Dental didn’t appear out of nowhere. Dr. Troy Keyes and Dr. Carley Odens are names that people in this community already know and trust — from prior practices, from years of patient relationships, and from a shared commitment to doing dentistry the right way. This practice is the next chapter. And we built it specifically to serve the patients of Sioux Falls for the long haul.
Meet Troy Keyes, DDS
Dr. Troy Keyes is a veteran Navy Dentist who has spent his career proving that great dentistry is about precision, consistency, and trust. His service background built the habits that define his clinical practice — thorough, measured, and always patient-first. Dr. Keyes specializes in restorative dentistry, dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation. He takes on the cases that others refer out, and he sees them through to completion. If you’ve heard his name before, there’s a reason.
Meet Carley Odens, DDS
Dr. Carley Odens has been running her own show for years — including as the owner of a successful dental practice in St. Paul, Minnesota. She didn’t co-found Covenant Dental to do less. She came here to build something better: a practice where patients get comprehensive, coordinated care without being shuffled between providers. Dr. Odens is direct, thorough, and genuinely invested in the outcome of every case she touches.

And they didn’t stop at hiring two experienced dentists.
